Research on Submersible Safety Operations Based on the Basic Information 3D Motion Trajectory and Entropy Weight Method Models

This research outlines a strategy to enhance ocean exploration safety, using the Ionian Sea as a case study, by integrating theoretical and practical methods. It develops a comprehensive model that predicts submersible locations, optimizes search operations, and manages multiple units simultaneously, ensuring efficient and safe underwater tours in various challenging marine environments. The model simulates the submersible's trajectory using a three-dimensional Cartesian coordinate system, accounting for propulsion power, communication status, and environmental factors such as time-variant ocean currents, position, velocity, temperature, and density. Outputs include a 3D motion trajectory char, providing visual representations of the submersible's path. Additionally, the model addresses the selection and evaluation of search and rescue equipment using the Entropy Weight Method, which calculates the weights of evaluation indicators leading to a Continuous Variable Model that enhances decision-making. This aids in choosing the optimal combination of equipment based on cost, reliability, efficiency, and service life, maximizing search efficiency within a budget.
