Successful treatment of perianal canine papillomavirus type‐1‐associated viral epidermal plaques and squamous cell carcinoma in situ by electrochemotherapy
Abstract A 2‐year‐old, female labrador retriever developed multiple pruritic perianal viral epidermal plaques and squamous cell carcinomas in situ. Molecular tests confirmed the infection with canine papilloma virus type 1. Electrochemotherapy was chosen as a first‐line treatment, and proved beneficial.
