Research on key technologies of finite element flow field in airflow drying process analysis

Abstract CTD is a type of tower wire baking equipment that uses a constant water discharge design to lower the drying temperature of tobacco from 230°C of conventional equipment to 160°C. It can reduce the heat treatment strength of the tobacco and improve the quality of tobacco after drying effectively. However, the stability of the system gradually decreases as the service life of the system increases. In particular, the dehydration ability of the wire dryer system is greatly diminished, and its fluctuation is large. Additionally, the moisture standard of the outlet pipe is excessively high, and the feeding system becomes more frequently blocked. All of these factors have an impact on the production efficiency and product quality of the workshop. The use of finite element flow field analysis technology allows for the numerical simulation of the proportion of the CTD drying section. When combined with the actual production, it can analyze the key factors influencing the flow field and optimization improvement. This ultimately strengthens the stability of the CTD tower dryer system, enhances product quality, and increases production efficiency, providing strong assurances for the development of high-quality workshops.
