Additiv gefertigter Leichtbau für Schienenfahrzeuge
Abstract Due to economic and ecological requirements, lightweight construction strategies for rail vehicles are becoming increasingly important. The development of a combined process chain of additive manufacturing processes addresses the production of topologyoptimized structures. Using AI-monitored robotics, the reinforcement of large train segments is realized. The additive processes used and technological development results are described.
