Diagnostic utility of the average peak LH levels measured during GnRH stimulation test
This is the first study evaluating the diagnostic utility of the average of LH levels measured during GnRH stimulation test. We showed that the average of two LH measurements has a high diagnostic performance. Therefore, it can be used as a valid and reliable diagnostic tool for assessment of HPG axis activation, particularly for cases with a borderline peak LH level.
