Disciplining is considered an effective solution to fight and prevent disciplinary violations by public employees to maintain order and discipline in public service units. Over the years, many legal documents have been enacted to create the legal basis for disciplining public employees. This article analyzes new points in the legal regulations on principles of discipline against public employees. The article also specifies some legal inadequacies in the principles of discipline against public employees and proposes specific recommendations to improve legal regulations.
