AS MUDANÇAS MORFOFISIOLÓGICAS DA INSUFICIÊNCIA CARDÍACA DESCOMPENSADA
Introduction: The work will present in a descriptive and explanatory way about decompensated heart failure (DHF) present anatomical, physiological factors in addition to its etiological changes within the context of the cardiac system, we have in question the factors ischemic heart disease, hypertensive heart disease, heart disease secondary to valvopathies, dilated cardiomyopathy. Objectives: To identify the morphological characteristics of heart failure and what makes it decompensated, to analyze the chronic and acute signs and symptoms presented by decompensated heart failure. Methodology: For the choice of articles, the online research platforms used were: SanarFlix, Kenhub, Online System of Search and Analysis of Medical Literature (MEDLINE), for the choice of articles, the online research platforms used were: studies, Kenhub, Online Medical Literature Search and Analysis System (MEDLINE). Expected Results: Provide knowledge about the morphophysiological changes of Decompensated Heart Failure compared to the normal morphophysiology of the body, in addition to providing understanding about the pathophysiology of the disease and its possible treatments, etiologies and possible diagnoses.
