Trans-Border Enforcement of Russian Courts Judgements on Forfeiture of Real Estate Located in the Territory of Foreign States to the Russian Federation

The article deals with the problems of recognition and enforcement of decisions of Russian courts on the appeal to the revenue of the Russian Federation of property located on the territory of a foreign state, in respect of which a public official has not provided information confirming its acquisition for legitimate income. The conclusion is formulated about the ineffectiveness of the existing model of cross-border turnover of relevant court decisions issued on the basis of Russian anti-corruption legislation.
