On the Problems in Implementing Provisions of Article 41 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation in Ensuring the Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare of Residents of Cities with Federal Status (on the Example of Sevastopol)

In the present article the questions connected with problems of practical realization of constitutional rights of citizens to health protection, ecological and sanitary-epidemiological well-being, the right to favorable environment at handling solid municipal wastes (SMW) in cities of federal significance on the example of Sevastopol city are considered.
