AB054. Pituitary abscess: a case report of patient after two-time endonasal endoscopic transphenoid approach for pituitary adenoma

In this case we report on a rare complication of transphenoid surgery, a PA progresses after EEA for a pituitary tumor. With this clinical experience, the correct diagnosis of PA before surgery, so it is a key leading to an exactly treatment for this condition. endonasal endoscopic transphenoid approach to drainage and removing abscess, and using antibiotics are necessary to improve the outcome of PA.
