AB009. Distinct clinical profiles and treatment outcomes in invasive pituitary adenoma and Crooke cell tumor: a comparative case report
These cases underscore the heterogeneity of pituitary adenomas, emphasizing the importance of the Ki-67 index as a prognostic marker. While invasive adenomas often require aggressive multimodal therapy, Crooke cell tumors with low proliferative indices can be effectively managed with surgery alone. A multidisciplinary approach is crucial for optimizing patient outcomes in the management of these tumors.
