Optimal Dispatch Strategy of Wind-Hydrogen Coupling System Considering Stepped Carbon Trading Mechanism

Hydrogen production from wind power can achieve zero emission of carbon, which is an important measure to promote the low-carbon transformation of energy industry of China. In this paper, an optimal dispatch strategy of wind-hydrogen coupling system (WHCS) considering step carbon trading mechanism is proposed. Firstly, the model of WHCS is established, and the real-time electricity price fluctuation is determined by forecasting load and real-time electricity price. Then, based on the problem of WHCS participating in the carbon trading market, the stepped carbon trading mechanism model for limiting carbon emissions is proposed. Finally, an optimal dispatch strategy is proposed to minimize the operating cost of the system. The results show that compared with the traditional carbon penalty mechanism, the optimal dispatch strategy in this paper can reduce the carbon emission of the system by 1456.98 kg.

Finally, an optimal dispatch strategy is proposed to minimize the operating cost of the system. The results show that compared with the traditional carbon penalty mechanism, the optimal dispatch strategy in this paper can reduce the carbon emission of the system by 1456.98 kg.
