This study aims to address quality management, verifying the costs of quality and non-quality in the organizational environment. During the preparation of this work, important topics for the development of the subject were studied, such as: Quality control, Organization and Administration, and Cost and Quality Management. From the development of this study, it was possible to verify that the results of the implementation of quality management aim not only to increase customer satisfaction with the product/service, to have better efficiency in management, but also to reduce costs, reduce waste and failures. among many other benefits that will be discussed.
