THE ESTABLISHMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL LAW IN CHINA

The article discusses the stages of formation and development of environmental law in the PRC. Environmental safety and green economy are the priority activities of any modern state. China is not an exception. As an industrialized country, China has created a modern system of environmental regulations. However, the formation and development of the branch Общие проблемы гражданского права of environmental law is different in each state and has its own characteristics. The article also discusses the problems of legal provision of environmental security and green economy that arose during the development of the environmental law branch and the problems that exist at the moment.
