On Finance of Private Households

The article is devoted to identifying the features of household finances from a legal position. The relevance of the issues of the concept, the essence of household finance is determined, on the one hand, by the lack of scientific knowledge of the legal regulation of this economic category, on the other hand, by the awareness of the importance of household finance, their place and role as an element of the financial system - the basic category of financial law.
