Legal Regulation of Economic Sovereignty of a Modern State

The article examines the legal foundations of economic sovereignty. Using the example of stimulating the development of the information technology industry, measures aimed at strengthening the economic sovereignty of the Russian Federation are considered, as well as methods of their legal registration: regulatory (rules of law established in regulatory legal acts), non-regulatory (methodological recommendations, directives). The conclusion is formulated that the economic well-being of the country is initial for the formation of state sovereignty.
