RIS-Assisted Anti-Jamming Wireless Powered Communication Network

Reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS) is a promising technique for future network to achieve higher spectral and energy efficiencies. In this letter, we investigate the anti-jamming communication in a RIS-assisted wireless powered communication network (WPCN) with the existence of dedicated jammers. The joint design of phase shifts and time scheduling is formulated to maximize the sum throughput at the access point. To tackle the non-convexity of the original problem, we first employ the Lagrange dual method and Karush-Kuhn-Tucker (KKT) conditions to derive the closed-form solutions for time scheduling. Subsequently, we propose an alternative optimization algorithm to obtain the optimal phase shifts, which employs the element-wise block coordinate decent (EBCD) and complex circle manifold (CCM) algorithms. Numerical results, when compared with benchmark schemes, show the effectiveness of the proposed approaches for sum throughput maximization.
