MOTIVAÇÃO E APRENDIZAGEM NO ENSINO SUPERIOR: O IMPACTO DA AFETIVIDADE
To construct this article, a systematic review of research published between 2019 and 2023 was carried out, with the aim of analyzing and understanding the impact of affectivity on the teaching-learning process in higher education. Nine articles were analyzed, addressing different aspects of this topic, from the perspective of teachers and students. The application of theoretical references anchored to the concepts of the cognitive process on affectivity and motivation in the works of Piaget, Wallon and Vygotsky were essential for understanding the data obtained. The results highlight the influence of affectivity in the sphere of motivation and performance for academic success, highlighting the teacher as a motivating agent in learning. The need for teaching associated with the development of interpersonal relationships and the use of pedagogical strategies that promote a welcoming and stimulating environment is highlighted.
