Outsourcing Practice Processes
In recent years we have witnessed the steady erosion of physicians’ incomes. Lately there has been a decrease in reimbursements and an increase in overhead costs, resulting in a further decrease in physicians’ incomes. This article discusses the concept of outsourcing various activities in the office, thus reducing overhead costs.
