Dynamic Hysteresis Model of GO Silicon Steel Considering Skin Effect and Saturation Effect
This paper proposes an improved high-frequency dynamic hysteresis model for grain-oriented silicon steel to cope with the increasing operating frequency of the iron cores. The influences of skin and saturation effects are attributed to the classical loss field, and the improved formulas applicable to different flux densities are proposed. Under low flux density, the formula for classical loss field is derived based on the Cauer circuit, and the frequency-dependent magnetic permeability is proposed to reflect the nonlinear skin effect. Under high flux density, four parameters are introduced in the saturation wave model to characterize the hysteresis and interlayer reversal, and a genetic algorithm is used for parameter identification. Finally, the accuracy and effectiveness of the improved model are verified by comparison with the measured hysteresis loops.
