FOSTERING AWARENESS OF ISLAMIC LAWS TO PROMOTE A PROSPEROUS AND JUST COUNTRY
Establishing an awareness culture of Islamic law for a prosperous and just Indonesia, particularly in halal certification, necessitates collaborative synergy among Halal Stakeholders. Emphasizing legal justice, Law no. 6 of 2023 mandates an integrated electronic system for JPH implementation. Analyzing the synergy through penta helix and circle of equity, this study reveals pathways to foster such awareness culture, especially in halal certification. Methodologically, it employs a statutory approach with comparative descriptive analysis, demonstrating the efficacy of Penta Helix and Circle Of Equity Synergy in aligning with Law (UU) Number 6 of 2023.
