Spatial network of hydrogen bonds in liquids and solutions

A review of the author's studies of the problem of a three-dimensional network of hydrogen bonds in liquids and solutions is presented. The main properties of the spatial network are revealed: stability, lability, elasticity and correlation of different types of motion of particles forming the network. Methods and results of description and study of three-dimensional networks are presented. The determining role of spatial networks of hydrogen bonds in a wide range of liquid problems of biology, physics and chemistry in applied and fundamental science is shown. It is proposed to distinguish liquids with a spatial network of hydrogen bonds into a separate class of solvents, headed by water.
