Variability Modeling and Implementation with EASy-Producer

The tutorial introduces the variability modeling capabilities of the EASy-Producer product line environment to the participants. EASy-Producer is an open-source toolset for engineering product lines, variability-rich software ecosystems, and dynamic software product lines. The tool set is centered around the DSLs IVML and VIL. While the former is a very powerful declarative configuration language, the latter is a DSL that was specifically designed to take both artifacts as well as a configuration model as input and create a (partially) instantiated set of artifacts as a result. The tool set has been applied in several industrial case studies and research projects showing its practical applicability both from a stability and a capability point of view.
