Autocatalytic, Brain Tumor‐Targeting Delivery of Bardoxolone Methyl Self‐Assembled Nanoparticles for Glioblastoma Treatment
Glioblastoma Treatment In article number 2400081, Qianxue Chen, Xuan Xiao, Shenqi Zhang, and co-workers developed and validated a novel nanotechnology-based approach for glioblastoma treatment. They synthesized autocatalytic, brain tumor-targeting nanoparticles composed of self-assembled bardoxolone methyl. The resulting p28-LBM nanoparticles demonstrate remarkable capability in penetrating brain tumors and exhibit high efficacy in inhibiting glioblastoma growth. This approach represents a promising new avenue for improving outcomes in patients with glioblastoma.
