Highly Sensitive 3D‐Nanoplasmonic‐Based Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor Mutation Multiplex Assay Chip for Liquid Biopsy
Nanoplasmonic Liquid Biopsy In article number 2400101, Sung-Gyu Park, Min-Young Lee, and co-workers introduce a breakthrough method for detecting trace amounts of circulating tumor DNA in blood. This highly sensitive technique utilizes advanced 3D-nanoplasmonic microarray technology combined with innovative primer-probe sets for isothermal amplification, significantly enhancing detection capabilities. It represents a powerful and precise tool for early lung cancer diagnosis and comprehensive screening.
