Proposals for amendments to the legislation are formulated to improve the administrative and legal regulation of social protection for military personnel in Ukraine. It is emphasized that the system of social protection for military personnel needs to be streamlined and a number of subordinate acts should be replaced with legislative ones. It is asserted that the concept of social protection for military personnel should be separated from the concept of legal protection and a new definition should be legislatively established.
