Holistic Modeling of Future Transportation Energy Use and Emissions: Transportation Energy and Mobility Pathway Options (TEMPO) Model
Motivation The transportation sector is on the verge of a radical transformation, driven by rapidly evolving technologies, consumer preferences, and policies. Continuous development and maintenance of analytical models are required to answer evolving research questions. Analysis assumes vehicle demand by class consistent with EIA Annual Energy Outlook; scenarios with increased SUV/pickup demand would lead to higher changes.
