Seagrass baseline survey for Orman Reef, Torres Strait, 2017 (TropWATER, JCU)
This dataset summarises benthic surveys in September 2017 into 3 GIS shapefiles. The sites shapefile describes seagrass at 279 intertidal sites; the meadow shapefile describes seagrass at 6 individual meadows. One interpolation shapefile describes variation in seagrass biomass across sites within meadows.
