ATTENDANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM USING FACE RECOGNITION

The face recognition is one of the effective applications in image processing and pattern recognition.It is necessary in the world of science, and it provides us with a lot of services.The face recognition attendance system uses high-quality video monitoring to authenticate the students with facial biostatistics.The system implemented to create a system called the facial biometrics-based attendance system of a video monitoring system.The goal of creating that system is to change the conventional method of attendance (calling names) by an own (automatic digital) system of taking in pupils and identifying them.The other biometrics, as well as the current method of getting attendance, do not have suitable security with them and the proxies.Hence, to overcome that problem, it is devised that then, we can implement the face recognition method.The next step is the most elementary face recognition technique and is used the world over for credential purposes.There are two different facial recognition techniques used in the project.First is the LBPH algorithms, and secondly, the Haar Cascade algorithms.LBPH is considerably effective than counterparts in face variation due to light, posers, and expressions.Haar Cascade algorithms can call as facial detection algorithms and methods to identify face aspect.It is easy to identify the facial regions of the students in that image or image frame.A figure indicates the regions used for face recognition.
