Os efeitos do floral de Bach Rescue Remedy® em indivíduos ansiosos: estudo piloto

The present article aimed to evaluate the effects of floral Rescue Remedy® on anxiety in university students from UNISUL (Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina). This is a double-blind randomized pilot clinical trial. The sample was composed of 24 university students, divided into 11 participants from the control group and 13 participants from the experimental group. The research was applied after the approval of CEP-UNISUL, under opinion 068235/2015, in the months of August to October 2015. The instrument used was tested for AGE. Statistical analysis or test of Shapiro Wilk, paired and unpaired Student's t test and Wilcoxon test for comparison of data, the Chi-square or Fisher's Exact test to test group homogeneity, were considered statistically significant when p <0, 05. Participants were instructed to take 4 drops, 4 to 7 times daily as needed, within 45 days. Statistically significant in the variables related to anxiety in both groups were observed. However, the experimental group had better results. It is concluded that floral can have positive effects in the years, however, it is necessary to carry out more studies with a larger number of participants in order to better explore the effects of floral.
