Quarry evaluation and blast impact control

Potential rock deposits in Thailand are evaluated using the numerical rating technique. Implied rating factors on these rock deposits are rock resources characteristics, resources economics, and the optimal method of development. For ongoing quarries, the controlled impacts during blast excavations are also suggested. Both techniques on the numerical evaluation and the optimized blast impacts seem to have great benefits for the quarry planning on economic and environmental concerns.
