Alternativní tresty z pohledu úvah de lege ferenda
The article deals with the activity of Probation and Mediation Service in the Czech Republic. It is aimed to the main problems of the enforcement and sentencing of the community service punishment. The article does not pay the attention only to the legal regulation, but to the main problems concerned with the measurement, extension of the works, consent of the accused, and the organisation of Probation and Mediation Service.
